Doja Cat, often referred to as Amala in the US, is a singer-songwriter and record producer. She is known for her enchanting music, with hints from electronic R&B. As a child her determination was to make a career in music. Her debut EP called Purrr. at the age of 18 old, the band released their debut EP. Inspiring by the praise the singer received, she went on to record numerous singles which included No Police Mooo! and Roll with Us. Doja cat was named her stage name due to the word "dojo" that means marijuana and her love of cats. The singer/songwriter is extremely gifted and comes from a large family of musicians. She is the daughter of an actor who is famous, as well as her mother, who is a skilled painter. Presently, Doja has emerged as one of the most popular young artists of the USA.
