Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County California. With my wonderful partner JP and my jolly dad Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I post my daily life: the good, the bad and everything in between. My parents took my family to America in the year 1990, at which point I was just a year old. I wouldn't be sharing my story with you today without my parents' efforts to work hard and make sacrifices. With the opportunity to have an improved life I was determined to try the best I could to please them and determined to achieve my goals. My goals were set: I would go to university, get work in a corporate as well as marry and then buy an apartment. Though I believed that this was the standard for success, life had different strategies. The job I held in 2013 was something I dreaded. Money and status didn't bring me happiness. I thought I wasted my existence to get a pay check. The year 2013 was when I realized that my passion was fitness. I also liked socializing and being able to help other people. As I moved towards the new direction of my life, I found private training. The year 2014 was the year that I established my company which will mark the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. Being a Asian woman in the industry, there are a few. In the coaching industry, I want to change the world by providing quality training to assist others in becoming healthier and happier. I also strive to empower others to go after their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to achieve in their lives. While my career was taking flight, I lost my mother. This loss is the most devastating of them everything. In Heaven she rests now in peace after a long battle with Scleroderma. Yet, I keep the memory of her daily. It is true that life has a way with giving us the exact thing we require even if we're not able to comprehend the lesson in this moment. The death of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance at life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. She had her chance to begin her new life which gave me the chance to lead an enjoyable and satisfying life. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. of the fact that I am living now and not merely existing like the person I was back in my previous. My life is shared with my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences and words. This can help you know you're not alone. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish to. Therapy is essential as is regular. Health is the greatest asset. My hope is that you live your every moment to the fullest and have a final resting place is not a regret, as that's the only thing you can count on in this life.
